Lulu Island Energy Transfer Station Replacement Cost Evaluation
Furano Pacific Consulting (FPC) was engaged by Ellis Don Corporation to perform a detailed cost evaluation for the replacement of Energy Transfer Stations (ETS) at Lulu Island. This project was undertaken for the City of Richmond and Lulu Island Energy Corporation to ensure adequate insurance coverage for critical infrastructure.
