BEVO Farms - Electrical & Mechanical Systems Restoration
Furano Pacific Consulting (FPC) acted as the Owner's Representative for BEVO Farms, delivering a comprehensive electrical and mechanical restoration plan following a fire incident. The project required rapid assessment, design, and management to ensure a seamless re-establishment of critical greenhouse operations, safeguarding revenue and production.
FPC's scope of work included evaluating the extent of fire damage to the electrical and mechanical systems, executing emergency site response, and leading the design and management of the replacement infrastructure.
This included a new transformer, distribution equipment, 30 MBTU boilers, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to enhance energy efficiency and performance. Additionally, FPC managed the construction of new office spaces and lunchrooms, optimizing the facility's functionality.
